Job Description

We?re looking for a highly motivated firmware software quality lead with excellent analytical and leadership skills. Our perfect match would be someone who ensures that tasks are accurately estimated, raises ideas to improve team efficiency, and plans strategically to reach desired team goals.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements and design of system to be implemented
  • Design and review test cases and test scripts
  • Ability to define test case execution priority and impact analysis
  • Provide testing estimations for new projects
  • Provide high-level technical guidance and mentoring to test engineers
  • Recommend, implement, and work with test management, defect management, performance, and automation tools
  • Log issues and track until closure
  • Communicate with project manager regarding project issues, impacts to the schedule, and performance issues
  • Able to understand new testing techniques, technologies, and tool.
  • Lead the team members technically
  • Lead the test strategy execution
  • HW/SW Automation solutions
