Job Description

SummaryResponsible for supporting the statutory leader to accomplish statutory and tax compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Supports the statutory reporting team by excellent communication with cross functional teams as well as external auditors.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to ensure all statutory regulatory filings are completed timely, efficiently and in compliance with the country regulatory requirements. This includes Brandnches and legal entities assigned to the candidate in META and Europe, as well as the management of the statutory audit process where applicable.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues, exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
  • Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.
  • Supporting internal and external audits and tax inspections;
  • Participation in business change projects from finance side (acquisitions, dispositions, etc.);
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance (preferably audit firm)
  • Experience in processing/auditing transactions in , reviews and closure of projects.
  • Have experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be prepared to working in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • A preferred candidate will be expected to be actively studying for a professional body membership (CMA, ACCA, ESAA, ...)
