Responsibilities:

Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information
Overseeing the taxation affairs of the company and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice
Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the company is compliant with accounting standard
Managing and overseeing the company?s financial systems i.e. ERP
Contribute to the company?s overall business objectives and guide on financial position
To provide strategic financial insights to ensure that all business objectives are met
Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedule
Produce timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Presenting results to non-finance stakeholders
Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury, payroll, financial and management accounting functions
Recruitment, training, mentoring and development of staff
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and control
