Job Description
Start and operate the machines, with a full supervision on the foremen and Technicians.
Collaborate with Production Engineers to streamline production facilities, lower the frequency of equipment failure and design effective strategies to improve overall site functioning.
Hold daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly staff meetings to review site performance.
Conduct regular checks on implemented preventive maintenance measures for all site machinery and equipment.
