The goal of the OSRA program is to improve family health outcomes by reinforcing the national family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) program in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP). The OSRA program will achieve this purpose through the three pivotal results: 1) Women?s and men?s uptake and continuation of voluntary family planning services increased; 2) Youth equipped with knowledge and skills necessary to make healthy life choices; and 3) Gender dynamics improved for enhanced voluntary family planning and reproductive health outcomes. The OSRA program will closely collaborate with different local stakeholders and other Government of Egypt (GOE) entities to attain its results.Summary: The Field Operations Team Lead is responsible for the management of all field offices, overall implementation of field activities, and the reporting on the progress of activities. This includes working with government, NGO and private sectorKey Job Responsibilities:Responsible for overall implementation of field operations and delegated responsibility for field delivery of high-quality programing.In collaboration with Technical and Operations Support team, Field Implementation Manager, implement innovative, high-quality programs that align with Osra strategic direction.Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders including governments, and civil society (NGOs) to ensure successful program delivery.Collaborate with different Technical Team Leads on project quality implementation.Manage the Field Operations team, including hiring, capacity-building, and performance evaluations.Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Field Operations team.Work with Field Implementation Managers and field offices to improve and streamline operational systems, processes, and policies.Support budget for field implementation.Ensure the preparation of timely and high-quality progress reports, program reports, and donor reports.Minimally Required Education, Training and Experience:Bachelor?s degree in business administration, operations management, or in other similar fieldsA minimum of five years of senior management experience in a non-profit environment, including significant experience managing field operations.Demonstrated task management, project planning, scheduling and cost control with experience managing a complex workload.Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with conflict resolution experience in international team settings.Demonstrated experience in reporting on progress to project leadership, donors and other stakeholders.Experience managing and developing a high performing team, with the ability to lead and motivate others.Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).Effort, Reporting and Other Administrative Requirements:The Field Implementation Team Lead is a full-time position that reports to the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) who will coordinate all aspects of his/her employment, including but not limited to job description, duties, qualifications, working environment, and performance.Important Notice:This position is based in EgyptDeadline for Submitting Applications:September 8th, 2022Additional Information:Pathfinder International is an equal opportunity employer committed to company diversity.This job description summarizes the main duties of the job.
