Bachelor of Engineering preferable electrical. Minimum of 3 years experience in QHSE and maintenance. With the awareness of all safety procedures in regards to employees, vehicles and building.The main job description for the Facility Engineer will be as follows:?Safe and precise moving from the old to new premises.Maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipment for the new admin building and dealing with the new high tech equipment with full awareness of commissioning and maintaining such equipment and guide maintenance team with all the required skills.Dealing with public sector authorities especially health and safety authorities and obtain any required licenses in relation to the new premises and responsibility for renewals.Responsibility of security in the new premises and all its procedures.Monitoring the vehicles movement and safety driving process.Safety awareness sessions to all employees.Conduct safety drills to the building to train all employees for drills.Assist in maintenance activities especially in firefighting system.Maintain audit schedules, corrective, preventive action registers in relation to ISO standards.Prepare the monthly monitoring report of energy consumption, usage and other HSE improvement initiatives.Actively seek to improve safety culture.Conduct safety audits and assessments.Ensure that subcontractors meet SII HSE expectations.Comply with health and safety requirements as per training, policies, procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work.Ensure compliance with all internal rules regarding health, environment, quality and safety of people and property in and around the premises.Help advance safety and minimize risks by fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship among employees.
