Job Description

National_Facilities Management Engineer | Real Estate | CFCOverview of the roleÿThis role is fully responsible for Managing all aspects of maintenance staff / service providers on a daily basis. Directs, coordinates and performs routine, preventive and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of the CFC operations.The CFC City Management scope, which include the Day to Day operation for Mixed use complex, solving issues, follow up service providers through indicating contracts scope of work (SOW), key performance indicator (KPI) & service level agreement (SLA) to achieve the highest level of customer?s satisfaction.ÿWhat you will doÿÿ

  • Lead, direct and manage CFC service providers to enhance the performance & to achieve high level of service quality of operation and maintenance.
  • Managing inspections at site for final handing off areas according to the proper hand off procedures.
  • Managing the Operation & Maintenance of CFC systems with prevailing standards/ quality systems in most efficient, timely and cost effective manner.
  • Managing the Operation & Maintenance at CFC which include:
  • Follow up the daily operation, and solve issues.
  • Following up indoor service requests considering the agreed SLA and client satisfaction.
  • Following up corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Supervising Handing off snags rectification.
  • Following up DLP requests for residential communities.
  • Implementing quality inspection tours to enhance site condition.
  • Implementing enhancement projects as per company?s directions.
