  1. Installs, configures, and upgrades computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners in order to insure the performance quality at suitable level.ÿ
  2. Monitors and secure all computer systems and networks inside the workspace and sites.
  3. Provides end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and support in person or over the phone, site visits, or via wireless connections and communications programs.
  4. Sets up accounts for new users (Windows, Oracle, and all needed applications ?.etc.)
  5. Administrate and support the email and timesheet systems, internet connections and VPN connections channels, Oracle applications (EBS)., Microsoft EP, users machines remotely using SCCM, and help desk software ?Manage Engine, SCCM, MDT, WSUS, WDS, etc.? and all needed IT support.
  6. Monitor and control all GPS devices activities (Performance, maintenance schedule, communicate all parities internal and external, site visits if needed ?etc.) in order to insure the fully utilization for devices and related contracts.
