• Be a Functional Expert on SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and associated cloud solutions
• Speak to a variety of users from different departments, as well as different vendors at different levels
• Become a point of contact for users and vendors on SAP Ariba Cloud solutions
• Understand Aramex processes and structure to configure the system and advise on solutions and workarounds according to best practices
• Build solution, organization, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (at Aramex and available vendors expertise)
• Plan and manages tasks to ensure deliverables are on time and meets quality standards
• Be up-to-date with the features, functionalities and applicability of distinct areas of the Ariba Commerce Cloud suite, especially focusing the expertise Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Catalog Management, SLP, and Ariba Network solutions)

• University degree, preferably in business/computer sciences
• At least two successful implementations of Ariba P2P (SLP implementation experience is a plus)
• Solid experience in designing and configuring workflows in Ariba P2P
• Post implementation experience in supporting business in full P2P cycles (PR, PO, Receipt, and Invoicing)
• Knowledge in CIG custom mapping
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana solutions with a focus on Materials Management
• Fluent English
• Technical understanding and capabilities
• Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
