- Responsible for designing a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the ERP System.- Implement and lead an effective project change management process that pro-actively identifies project changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the ERP System.- Ensure system delivery & monitor vendors/ suppliers progress to meet the business requirements and ensure that the specs are communicated and implemented as required.- Apply data integrity & information security mechanisms taking into consideration minimal business disruption.- Responsible for evaluating new technologies and provide insight on how these technologies could be incorporated to support business growth- Lead the planning and implementation of projects to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget.- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements, present oral and written reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.- Provide users with customized training in line with new business requirements and new Business Applications.- Lead the ERP team and ensure internal customer satisfaction by actively monitoring the end-user experience and create action plans to address significant issues.
