ER Manager is responsible for providing a high medical and expertise performance management system (PMS) for the hospital. This is accomplished by cooperating, collaborating and prioritizing with the physicians to ensure effective and high standard delivery of medical services. He/she ensures proper day-to-day functioning with the medical director and the operational director.ER manager must also be able to coordinate the workflow in disaster or crisis. This includes the preparedness of emergency plans and procedures and training for ER doctors.
