Role purpose:To be responsible for the installation, configuration, migration, performance monitoring, security and troubleshooting Vodafone enterprise storage and backup. Also supports planning and development of storage & backup roadmaps.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:? Responsible for storage & backup, security enforcement, and performance plan.? Implement disaster recovery plans for the storage & backup? Provide 24/7/365 support & monitor for all enterprise storage & backup within Vodafone-IT. Ensure on-time and accurate reporting? Maintain storage & backup performance by implementing new technologies and completing maintenance requirements? Control, monitor & audit the storage and backup services? Responsible for backup and recovery of the production systems, ensure the backup and restore validity, maintaining archived dataCore competencies, knowledge and experience:? Dedication, sense of ownership, and ability to work within a team? Innovative & creative thinking for new solutions, technologies and data protection? Good communication, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.? The ability to work quickly, under pressureMust have technical / professional qualifications: ?
