ROLE PURPOSE:The primary aim of this role is to assist in the delivery of Global Enterprise solutions through the effective and efficient initiation, planning, monitoring and control, implementation and close out of projects.Key Accountabilities? Be a part of a virtual project team consists of different work streams ( steering committee, Commercial, GSMs, technology, operations, MIS & Finance) and support the Service Delivery Specialist (Account project manager) and their management team? Document high level and detailed process and data flows including relevant policies, which enable upgrade, the current process.? Participate with Technical and Product Management Team teams to provide feedback on systems designs and developments.? Coordinate Critical tasks in the projects plan that may cause risk if failed to the management team.? Work closely with the acquired account to define & implement the scope of work. Then, help in the definition of the detailed requirement and investigate the feasibility with the different stakeholders.? Assist in the planning for the critical milestones and highlight any early risks that might affect the delivery date to the programme manager, project steering committee & account team.? Provide the acquired account with a back-up plan that ensures delivery on time to gain the account trust in the account management team (reliability)? Support the programme manager in managing the pre-launch work-shops between our technology teams and product team to ensure the systems compatibilities and securities restrictionsTechnical / Professional Expertise? Minimum of 3 years? experience in business generally? Fluent English? Additional Language is a plus? Excellent computer skills? PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is a plus? Has previously worked in a virtual environment? excellent communication - persuasion - negotiation ? presentation? Strong communication and decision making skills? Knowledge of mobile data applications Knowledge in telecommunication systems and industry? Practical experience of transforming business requirements to functional capabilities? Ability to manage an international and distributed virtual team? Team player? Enthusiasm for working in an intensive, deadline-driven and high-profile role? Excellent Customer relationship management skills with ability to interact at Director level#_VOIS
