Being part of PTS-PEL (PowerTrain Systems Electronics) Team: - PTS Electronics (PEL) Product Group designs and makes all the power and control electronics for the Powertrain Systems Business Group, for internal needs and directly for automakers. - PTS-PEL Software Team is delivering software to most premium Manufactures such as Porsche, Daimler, VW, BMW, Audi, PSA, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, GEELY, CHANGAN, Jac. Responsibilities ? Understand and analyze customer and design requirements including identifying any gaps or missing information needed to perform Validation/testing activities. ? Design Validation test groups based on the customer and/or design requirements. ? Develop testing plans, test cases, scripts and automation needs to verify that the software meets the customers and the high-level requirements. ? Test cases execution of test plans for a defined project scope. ? Analysis, interpret executed test cases, and confirming that the software behavior respects the requirement documents. ? Report findings (SW Bugs) on the defects management tool. ? Consolidate and prepare test reports for customer delivery. ? Continuously communicate work progress through attendance of daily & weekly project meetings. (Internal and external with other Valeo sites). ? Support his/her colleagues whenever required. ? Participate in providing software validation project estimations and technical risk assessment. ? Perform hardware analysis and debugging for the ECU/testing environment on need.Education? B.Sc. in Communication, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Aerospace or Electronics.? B.Sc. in Computer science.? Excellent command of English language is a must.Professional experience? Junior: From 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.? Standard: From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.? Senior: From 3 to 5 of relvanat experienceSpecifications ? Excellent command of English language is a must? Excellent command of French is a plus? Good knowledge in Embedded systems concepts and Microcontrollers,? Good knowledge System / Software architecture and testing techniques.? Good Knowledge in C programming.? Good knowledge in Scripting languages is a plus? Different levels of ISTQB certificate is a plus.? CAN,LIN, Flex ray and Ethernet communication is a plus
