Job Description

Job Purpose:(Execution supervision)Supervise the execution of the projects electrical according to the plan(self-execution)Execute the projects electrical works according to the plan..Job Responsibilities:(Execution supervision)

  • Consider the drawings and contract documents in detail and inform the Execution Supervision Director of any deficiencies in the design or any inconsistencies in the documents?to take the necessary actions;?
  • Supervise the execution of electrical works on the ground and inform the supervision department manager of any defects and violations that are in the executed works so that he can take the necessary action;
  • Participate in considering the contractors submittals regarding the electrical works and determine their compliance with the contract requirements to ensure compliance with the contract;
  • Work on controlling the supplied materials quality, ensure their conformity to the specifications, take samples of these materials and supervise the laboratory tests being conducted for them to ensure their quality;
  • Receive the electrical works handover requests submitted by the contractor, then inspect the works and take their accurate measurements, and sign the works receipt requests with approval or disapproval while clarifying the disapproval causes to ensure that the project plans are achieved;???(self-execution)
  • Review the inspection reports and quality control records developed during the project activities to ensure compliance with the planned quality;
  • Participate in managing the timelines of electrical works and coordinating them with the various works to adhere to the plan;
  • Execute and monitor all the electricity ? related works on site with the aim of implementing the project;
  • Plan and analyze all the possible construction methodologies and recommend the best assistive tools to the project manager for approval prior to the on-site execution;
  • Review the paintings, designs and technical drawings to make sure they are being followed correctly;
  • Work on controlling the supplied materials quality, ensure their conformity to the specifications, take samples of these materials and supervise the laboratory tests being conducted for them to ensure their quality;
  • Draft and prepare the handover requests submitted to the consultant regarding the electrical works and prepare the necessary documents and panels to implement the plan; and
  • Consider the drawings and contract documents in detail and inform the Execution Director of any deficiencies in the design or any inconsistencies or lack of clarity in the documents?to take the necessary actions;
