Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate Sales training programs
Design training programs/ materials in collaboration with the Sales management team
Facilitate the Sales Induction needed for all sales new lines
Create and maintain Sales Policies & procedures
Implement Sales Training Strategy
Communicate with service provider/vendors to provide training (if needed)
Responsible for coordination & tracking the progress of 3rd party & internal training.
Create Training Plan and maintaining all related Documentation.
Ensure the implementation & Follow up of onboarding sessions for newcomers
Manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
Other tasks/ responsibilities, as required.
