- Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate Sales training programs- Design training programs/ materials in collaboration with the Sales management team- Facilitate the Sales Induction needed for all sales new lines- Create and maintain Sales Policies & procedures- Implement Sales Training Strategy- Communicate with service provider/vendors to provide training (if needed)- Responsible for coordination & tracking the progress of 3rd party & internal training.- Create Training Plan and maintaining all related Documentation.- Ensure the implementation & Follow up of onboarding sessions for newcomers- Manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms- Other tasks/ responsibilities, as required.
