  • Understand the channel role in the sales process
  • Objectively recognize and articulate characteristics of the customer environments
  • Drive complex sales opportunities
  • Provide insight and advice to customers concerning applicability of specific products and services technologies.

Relationship-oriented (vendors, customers)? Knowledge of product configuration, technical products and different technologies (displays, docks, keyboards, mice, adapters, headsets etc.)?
