Job Description

Job PorpuseDigital platforms product owner shall be responsible for creating, integrating and maintaining digital platforms to generate revenue and avail E2E digital customer experience.Job ResposibilitiesPlanning & Execution:

  • Accountable for digital channels penetration
  • Accountable for digital channels revenue generation and implementation of continuous corrective actions to achieve pre-set strategy & KPIs.
  • Optimizing activation process & customer experience on digital platforms
  • Develop business focused digital experience
Stakeholders Management:
  • Manage Stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness across all digital projects & activities.
  • Manage the project process with Segments, Technology, Marcom, Finance, Customer Care & Regulatory in order to ensure the smooth and timely progression of the projects
Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Forecast subs behaviour trends, revenues and budget allocations from digital channels
  • Provide unified spend and subs reporting for digital channels as well as regular reporting for all the KPIs
Required Criteria
  • Must have years of work experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical & planning skills
  • Negotiation skills & budget management
  • Understanding of digital platforms & work streams.
  • Ability to work within a team & drive results
  • Good knowledge of digital platforms development is a plus.
