POSITION OF DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR Job PurposeAs a key member of the Executive Management team, the Development Director will report to the CEO, The Development Director will have primary day-to-day responsibility for all development processes of real estate projects from architectural and engineering projects to implementation, managing client relationships and ensuring objectives are met.overseeing and managing the design process, implementing best practice and quality procedures as well as managing project resources, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities encompassed the oversight of all Project Managers and their activities Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long- term strategic project objectives. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance development performance and business opportunities. Provide feasibility studies and recommendations for future projects/acquisitions with CAPEX, COPEX, NPV, and IRR evaluations and recommend a course of action to Management. The Successful Applicant? A Master's degree (or equivalent) in, business administration, economics? 15 years + in developing and managing a mixed-use private real estate portfolio year of experience ? Proven experience working with diverse jurisdictions/markets in big companies having a multicultural environment? Professional qualification is preferred? Ability to strategize and solve problems? Strong leadership and organisational skills? Excellent communication and people skills Education: Bachelor?s degree in engineering projectLocation: Cairo
