Job Description

Job Overview:Supervises, schedules, and safely executes the oil and gas field operations to ensure that the production of the products increases for the company?s growth. Additionally, responsible for achieving the production targets in a safe manner at the estimated expenditure. Provides regular reports to the top management to show the efficient performance of the site within the budget in a timely fashionResponsibilities and Duties:

  • Operate the oil and gas fields in a profitable and optimal manner.
  • Ensureachievementof the production targets.
  • Increase the production capacity by improving the performance.
  • Develop and monitoring the operational expenses.
  • Take correctiveactionsto rectify variances.
  • Develop new strategies to increase production with safe and cost-efficient methods.
  • Leading the maintenance activities and plan from operational perspective. Track expenses andoverseeing the maintenance budget.
  • Responsible for reviewing and executing the operational related projects within the set time and budget frames.
  • Ensure that adequate safety norms are used by site personnel
