Your responsibilities as a Data Architect: -- Develop conceptual, logical and physical models for applications/enterprise data repositories.- Support modeling and design of the clients Enterprise Data Repository and related data storage strategies.- Provision enterprise data from various sources and provide standard data extracts for updating the Enterprise Data Repository tool.- Support the organization, definition, and cataloging of enterprise data.- Support the clients data strategy and governance models.- Design and implement interfaces/data exchanges between client systems.- Provide development support for SQL Server databases in a cloud development environment including development of DB artifacts (Tables, Views, stored procedures, Scripts, etc.)- Develop, deploy, and maintain ETL scripts and schedules- Leverage APIs to extract/load data from/to various applications.- Lead data QA efforts and establish data quality standards- Participate in the refinement and development of user stories, assessing the impact of new development on current database implementation and providing level of effort estimates during Sprint planning.- Participate in daily Scrum, Sprint planning, and Sprint retrospective ceremonies.- Communicate with technical and product owners? stakeholders to help them anticipate and mitigate configuration management issues.- Perform analysis and provide recommendations to grow and mature CMS EAs data architecture information and activities.Job RequirementBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience? Minimum of 5+ years? experience in the field? Certified MCSA: SQL Server 2012/2014 (Required)? Certified MCSA: SQL 2016 BI Development AND/OR MCSA: SQL? Knowledge of transactional database and data warehouse architecture, design, and development? Mastery in developing/instantiating conceptual, logical, and physical data models? Extensive data migration skills and working experience with ETL concepts and tools? Deep knowledge of relational database?s objects and their functions? Deep expertise in all aspects of management and development in MS SQL Server? Solid understanding and work experience with Schema-less data structures? Exposure to Graph Database technologies? Solid understanding and experience working in an Agile methodology environment? Ability to accurately estimate the level of effort needed to complete tasks and commitment to deliver? Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills with a strong desire to collaborate to accomplish tasks and resolve issues? Naturally inquisitive and pro-actively seeks new knowledge and expertiseLocation: CairoWorking Conditions: 5 days Per Week remotely.
