Job Description
Instillingÿtrust and confidence with stakeholders by continues communication and reporting
Working directly with clients to understand their business processes andÿdetermining project deliverables
Utilising specialist knowledge of Finance/Project Accounting/Distribution & Trade/HR processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365
Utilising specialist knowledge of the services, retail, finance, manufacturing or public sector industries
Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes andÿprocedures
Taking ownership of the design of bespoke D365 solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module
Writing complexÿfunctional specifications
Acting as the translation point between the client and the technical team so that solutions can be developed
Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget
Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed
Delivering end user training
Prepare our IT Department for the transition to support
Sharing knowledge with other project team members throughÿwhitepapers on relevant project experience or training events.
