Customer Service Representative | Al Futtaim Automotive | Nile Trading and EngineeringOverview of the role:

  • The primary focus of the role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls and provide appropriate solutions for customers and follow up to resolve any issues and improve customers? experience.
ÿWhat you will do:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customers? queries and concerns.

  • Resolve and follow up customer compliant within 48 hours.
