Customer Project Manager- BSS

About this opportunity We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer?s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. You will:

• Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
• Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, challenges and critical issues.
• Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
• Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring.
• Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.
• Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.

To be successful in the role you will bring

• University degree in Engineering or Technology or Economics, preferably MSC, MBA, or equivalent, with proven experience of 10 to 12 years in Project management with most focus on OSS, Core, and Cloud solutions within the telecom and/or ICT industry.
• Demonstrated ability in project management
• Excellent in financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
• Consultative selling skills as well as negotiation, persuading & influencing Skills
• Solid understanding in Business, Customer and Market Insight.
• Project Management Skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation skills and ability to build networks and teams.
• Leading, supervising, planning and prioritizing project steps.
• Proficiency with the English Language.

Additional Requirements:

• PMI certifications - The CPM is expected to be certified on the job stage presently holding
• Project sales process and contract management knowledge
• A previous experience with 3rd party suppliers.
