Job Description

Duties and Job Responsibilities:Data Entry:Job Overview:The Data Entry Specialist in a logistic company is responsible for accurately entering data into various systems, platforms and databases related to logistics operations. They ensure the timely and efficient entry of data to support the companys logistical processes.˙Responsibilities:˙

  1. Entering data into Fasah Platform, Tabadul, SFDA and FNA system
  2. Verifying and reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
  3. Maintaining database by entering new and updated customer and account information
  4. Uploading documents related to logistics operations
  5. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  6. Generating reports from entered data
  7. Communicating with team members regarding data entry needs and issues
  8. Providing support to other departments as needed
  9. Other miscellaneous operational tasks as assigned
Reports to submit:
  1. Daily report of entered data in Fasah Platform
  2. Daily report of entered data in Tabadul
  3. Daily report of entered data in SFDA
  4. Daily report of entered data in FNA system
  5. Weekly or monthly report of the progress and accuracy of data entry work
  6. Ad-hoc reports as requested by management regarding data entry activities
  7. Reports related to data quality issues, errors or inconsistencies identified during the data entry process
