Job Description

Objectives:Our client, an on-demand delivery platform, is looking for a Country Operations Manager to join their team in Egypt.?The?main objective if this role is??to manage and oversee daily activities across CX and Supply and work indirectly across other functions as needed. In addition, he/she will continuously analyze, optimize as per company policies and procedures to ensure operations run smoothly and that people are productive.Key responsibilities:

  • Implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Devise tactics to ensure growth of programs company-wide, implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • Uphold HQ organization policies and standards, plus ensuring local legislative regulations are followed
  • Formulate business strategy with others in the management team
  • Review and maintain policies that align with overall strategy
  • Implement efficient processes and standards in alignment with HQ
  • Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention and seamless operations.
  • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
