1.???????Receive and review the new projects details and documents from the tender department in order to have full awareness of the new project.2.???????Rephrase and restructure the tender budget received (direct and indirect cost) to suit their reporting system.3.???????Support the Project Manager in setting ?budget zero? in order to get the approval from the Top Management.4.???????Set the indirect cost plan in coordination with the Project Manager in order to trace the indirect payment needed and implement them on time.5.???????Collect the data from the technical staff (QS ? Labor sheets ? inventory ? etc.) to support in making the report with the Senior Cost Control Engineer to be sent to the Project Manager6.???????Send the indirect cost per month compared with the cost plan in order to track the budget stated in the plan and take corrective actions.7.???????Make the estimate at completion (EAC) quarterly and share it with Senior Cost Control Engineer to be sent to the Project Manager.8.???????Make the revenue sheet in cooperation with the site team to help determine the project final amount.
