Achieve full understanding of the Data Entry methodology across eTail subproducts and ensure accuracy of analyzed data.
Support direct manager with production and data quality tasks around processes related to client delivery.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise on the eTail platforms.
Identify and report any bugs or issues encountered in the platforms to the development team for resolution and improvement.
Compile and share feedback on data entry processes to the direct manager, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Collaborate with the development team to test new features implemented in eTail product, providing feedback on their performance and usability.
Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
