Reviewing of construction documents and drawings to ensure the design criteria and requirements are met throughout the construction process.
Coordinate project details.
Review client modifications to ensure each projects? overall design standards follow the company?s policies, standards, and regulations.
Conducting area analysis and contract data forms to accelerate the process of client modifications efficiently.
Establish and maintain good relationships with the company?s staff and clients.
Coordinating with other departments.
Set a list of guidelines and optimum design requirements to act as a guidebook for future designs to maintain standardization.
Offering flexible varieties in design to adapt to different scenarios and applications.
