About usIMOVALUE International is a multinational valuation & advisory RICS Regulated Firm. With presence in the Middle East since 2012, we are now expanding to Egypt and proactively looking for a senior/associate commercial valuer to be based in our office in Cairo.The RoleThe role will complement the firm?s regional valuation team (United Arab Emirates and Bahrain).This role will involve a mix of valuation work for a range of top tier clients including banks, developers, investors, lending institutions, owners and occupiers who rely on our advice to make financial decisions, assess risks and ensure they adopt the correct management of individual properties and portfolios.You will be expected to help us develop, lead, motivate and supervise a team of Egypt based valuers in carrying out valuation assignments while ensuring the quality of the department?s work.You will also support the firm with business development objectives and continued growth in revenue, both locally in Egypt and the wider GCC region.The successful candidate will be required to manage client relationships, provide fee quotes, manage work to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.BenefitsThe role boasts a competitive salary + bonus, generous holiday allowance and numerous benefits.We have an employee centric culture and offer a good work life balance.
