  • Establish business project goals and procedures.
  • Responsible for launching new services with new providers.
  • Responsible for the direct communication with the new providers.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly project budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, project closure and handover of processes to the Providers? Account Managers.
  • Oversees the day to day operations of the Account Managers with the providers.
  • Manage changes to requirements (documentation, impact evaluation, communication to all stakeholders, and change validation/verification).
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English Language.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
