Key focus is on establishing and managing throughout all projects lifecycle an obligation management matrix containing all contractual obligations towards and from the customer, Create brand image and the positioning in the market.Define and implement, jointly with the CEO, the external communication management process for all projects ensuring that all communication to and from the customer (and consortium partner) is sent in accordance with the requirements of the company.Take ownership of all commercial and contractual risks and opportunities.Ensure contractual changes involving the customer, consortium partner, and supplier are properly notified.Lead corporate deals for all product fares, also advise on pricing strategy.Lead online presence and digital marketing campaigns.Lead the management of sales & Marketing in accordance with the Marketing Management process by devising effecting preparation and promotions strategiesEstablish and implement, jointly with the CEO, the Commercial strategy towards the Customer.Ensure all project correspondence managed in line with contractual requirements and commercial strategy.
