So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you?ll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.As a Health Systems Commercial Account Manager you will have the opportunity to manage the sales function in Egypt Public Sector :You are responsible for:

• Developing, maintaining and nurturing sales and commercial partnerships with Public Sector in Egypt
• The creation and implementation of the national sales and distribution strategies, the sales plan, sales forecasts and achievement of targets in Egypt Public Sector.
• Contributing to each product-marketing plan as to product prices and sales priorities.
• Has the authority and accountability to negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy.
• Gains and maintains market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares in all assigned product categories.
• Develops, maintains and improves relations with a limited number of key-accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
• Initiates and coordinates all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
• Creates an account plan for each key-account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.
• Creates and implements action programs for and with the key-accounts to improve the performance of Philips.
• Drives the performance of the functions in the key-account team to get it done.
• Systematically analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you?ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

• A University degree in Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering /
• Strong experience in sales in B2C / B2B / B2G environment
• Knowledge of complex market /channel structures
• Understanding of Healthcare market is highly preferred
• Excellent negotiations skills
• Ability to represent Philips to the public sector
• Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to travel.
