Job Description

PREMEDION international - Egypt office -seeking a leisure & club house manager with good experience for leisure and sport activates to manage a grand club house in Cairo/ Egypt full with sports and social daily activityThe Clubhouse Manager will primarily be responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of sports, leisure social activities including but not limited to supervision of front of house line staff, planning and executing member events. Responsible for assuring the highest standards of service are met including appearance, hospitality of service staff, meeting and then exceeding guest expectations in all regardsIdeally, we are looking for staff who have relevant leisure experience, and can ably demonstrate they are keen to develop their career further.

  • To ensure smooth operations and coordination of lifestyle and fitness activities and classes across all properties
  • To manage registered service providers, vendors, instructors and coaches related to lifestyle and fitness business unit
  • Ensure Clubhouse receptionists and related team follow superior customer service guidelines and work closely with customer service team to enhance service delivery standards and procedures
  • Ensure customer acquisition and retention by delivering excellent lifestyle and fitness services to all properties.
  • Collaborate with customer service team to develop and manage comprehensive training programs for Clubhouse receptionist teams to ensure and enhance customer experience
  • Develop, implement and oversee policies, processes and procedures related to Clubhouse and fitness/lifestyle service offerings
  • Track clubhouse/classes statistics, collect data and prepare weekly and monthly management reports
  • Work closely with Asst. Manager to develop and implement strategies that promote lifestyle and fitness services
  • Procurement of high quality lifestyle and fitness service providers for respective business units (community Classes, lifestyle initiatives & special Projects, E-commerce etc.)
  • Ensure that all marketing is effectively implemented and executed across all communities to maximize awareness related to classes, services and initiatives in order to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Oversee and coordinate community enhancement initiatives and projects.
