About this opportunityWe are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist in cloud team that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels!What you will do

  • Fault management including TT handling and fault localization within SLA.
  • Manage DT MOP preparation and CR Implementation.
  • Manage the Configuration activities.
  • Handle the Incident recovery within SLA.
  • Handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Manage SW updates and Upgrades.
  • Prepare acceptance test for new introduced systems.
You will bring
  • Having Bachelor?s degree in computer science or Engineering, major in IT/ Communication or equivalent with at least 3 Years of shown experience in cloud and infrastructure operation and maintenance as second level Operation and support engineer.
  • Detailed understanding of different cloud technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience on Open stack, Containers SDI & SDN Networking, Vmware [ESXI, Vcenter,?etc ], and NFV Technologies [ Storage, Networking, Computing ].
  • An outstanding experience in troubleshooting in sophisticated IPBB networks, Routing, switching, MPLS,,etc, professional certification from vendors like Cisco or Juniper will be highly preferred!
  • Deep knowledge in Scripting and programming skills will be a strong asset.
  • Excellent understanding for 2G/3G/4G technologies.
  • Innovating, adapting, and responding to change.
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Planning and Prioritizing with good communications skills.
