Training of customers and partners on MILLENSYS Medical Imaging product lines (enterprise imaging VNA, PACS, Workstations & reporting)
Build clinical training scenarios of each medical modality workflow needed (CT, MRI, Xray, Mammography, Tomosynthesis, PET/CT, NM, Ultrasound, Cathlab, ? etc.).
Build demo materials (presentations, quick help documents, ?. etc.) for the products to ease training for clients and partners.
Ensuring customer success and satisfaction when operating on MILLENSYS products
Provide initial evaluation of customer product enhancement/customization requests and associates these to clinical needs.
Provides initial evaluation of technical problems that impede clinical product use and communicate with technical team (support and R&D) to make them solve it.
Documents customer requests for clinical report customization. Communicates the scope and appropriateness of customizations to appropriate regional and global implementation staff.
Maintains updated knowledge of clinical and technical components necessary for the use of our products.
Ability to work well in various fast paced environments (office, hospital, and clinical).
Ability to travel on occasion basis to train customers and to demonstrate products at trade shows.
Job Requirements
Excellent English Language (writing and speaking) is a must. (French is an advantage)
Bachelor?s degree in Radiology, medicine, medical technologists or similar field is required.
Proven experience at least 3 years as a radiology technologist, radiology specialist or in similar clinical role.?
