1- Receives the PRS , review based on rules and procedures to record it review and guarantee that data of PRS is accurate and the PRS has got all required approvals which guarantee the control and avoid any extra cost 2-Address the suppliers to get offers the needs , suppliers from list of vendors and record the supplier in vendor list if the supplier is not recorded before , in order to confirm from the suitable supplying sources which guarantee continuity of production with suitable cost 3- Makes the price comparison based -on the rules , payment term , origin ,required quality in order to comply with company policy and maintain the quality - cost reduction 4- Negotiates the suppliers to reach the last price, to get the most beneficial cost.5- Gets the proper approval of buying after selecting the supplier, in order to set up PO. 6-In case of contract , he has to deal with legal department to review the contract terms & gets it confirmation to protect the company dues .7- Receiving the documents of supplying such as the health release a data sheet of the substance in case of food additive . in order to guarantee quality of the material and internal & external auditing .
