A leading automotive portal in the region is looking for a Call Center Agent to join their growing team!JOB DESCRIPTION

Obtain customer approval and information to list their cars for sale by making?outbound calls?
Post customer ads on the website as per the defined procedure
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by chatting?
Upsell products to upgrade customer ads before posting them on the site
Follow communication ?scripts? when handling different topics
Document?call/lead information according to standard operating procedures
Manage and resolve customer rejection
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer requests where necessary
Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
