STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:ÿUniversity degree in Political Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Management or Journalism, Business Management, Social Sciences or another relevant field.Experience Knowledge & Skills:ÿSix or more years of postgraduate work experience in a relevant field of work, with a background and interest in international humanitarian development.Languages:ÿFluency in both oral and written Arabic & English.Knowledge & Skills:1. Sound theoretical understanding of OIM concepts and principles with a broad knowledge of best practices, techniques, and processes.2. Analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret information and draw out the key messages.Strong oral and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate insights to stakeholders in WFP.4. Knowledge of common business principals and processes and the ability to quickly assimilate UN/WFP-specific processes and systems.5. Good knowledge of dashboard development tools.6. Strong IT skills, especially with design and data visualization software.7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.8. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop).9. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.10. Excellent communication skills.11.
