Job Description

JOB PURPOSETo deliver standard business support processes for a specific professional area of work, to facilitate effective service delivery.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

  1. Support in developing and strengthening quality partnerships in support of WFP strategic objectives.
  2. Contribute to a partnerships portfolio, including partner profiling and outreach activities, with the aim to maximize resources and leverage policy and technical support for WFP?s work.
  3. Track and collate data to support in developing new strategies to maintain and strengthen partnerships with partners.
  4. Manage and maintain records and databases, to ensure information is organised and readily available for staff.
  5. Support in solicit inputs, including operational updates, to help inform partners on WFP?s programmatic offering;
  6. Draft quality briefs and proactively highlight strategic issues to supervisor to inform best course of action and nurture partnership growth.
  7. Process and manage routine administrative and organizational tasks, to contribute to the effective and timely management of resourcesÿ
  8. Collate information for inclusion in reports, documents and correspondence, to support the effective work of donor relations unit.ÿ
  9. Contribute to improvement of business procedures and processes.
  10. Performs other duties (such as general correspondence, attending meetings, minutes of meetings, reports, follow-up, etc.) as required
