We work towards a single goal: to ensure the best experience for our customers.We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Manager to help build a deeper understanding of our customer service experience.The Business Intelligence Manager is a key member of the Customer Service Team at Amazon, working with contact centre site operations, program management, and other Amazon business partners to analyze and improve customer service performance. The role will provide a vertical bridge through the business to communicate information of high value to support decision-making. The Business Intelligence Manager will work with Amazons unique data and translate it into high-quality and actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing and new initiatives designed to improve performance. Day-to-day activities include analyzing metrics of success, developing data-driven insights, leading insights projects, and recommendations for operational leaders, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion. In additional to these responsibilities; the Business Intelligence Manager will up-skill junior analysts where required. The consultative expertise of the role is critical to delivering the measurable, positive impact to customer experience.Key job responsibilities1. Writing data collection and processing procedures.2. Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed.3. Reporting data findings to management.4. Continually monitor data collection.5. Develop methodologies to improve data analysis.6. Running complex reports from existing databases7. Conduct deep dive analysis to identify trends and insights8. Communicate insights to stakeholders and senior management to support business decision-making
