Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in Egypt. Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving financial growth by boosting sales of Industrial Thermographic cameras and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners.- Focus on thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement, and conduct market research and analysis. Main segments include Predictive Maintenance, Building Diagnostics, Automation and so on.- Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities- Dealing with different sub dealers- Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals- Monthly reporting on sales KPIs within channel partners- Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director/Country Manager- Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements within business operationsRequirements- More than 3 years experience in the industry (thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement), as sales, business development manager, or account manager.- Strong skills to develop new partners and establish strong relationship.- Sell-motivated to drive revenue growth, willing to take challenges.- Preferably wide connection and great influence in oil and gas, electricity sector- Must be prepared for travel 30-50% of the time.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.BenefitsAttractive salary + Benefits.?
