Role purpose: ? Develop, integrate VF Egypt Technology budget plans and financials on a quarterly, yearly (9+15) and LRP (3-5 years) basis. Analyse, review budget submissions and provide recommendations/scenarios to support the TLT/ExCo?s member?s decisions.? Drive the investments of CAPEX and OPEX , ensuring optimum investments plans to achieve Strategic goals & business objectives? Maximize suppliers relationship to achieve effective total cost of ownership via managing contracts, deals, negotiations and performance across Technology functions in alignment with Finance Teams? Identify the process improvement opportunities and potential savings during supplier?s contract reviews or negotiations and services reviewsKey accountabilities and decision ownership:? Development of purchasing concepts for providing suppliers and partners services? Budget and resource planning for suppliers and partner contracts? Identification of saving opportunities and efficiencies? Assess the suppliers Roadmap and how much it fits Vodafone StrategyCore competencies, knowledge and experience ? 2-4 years of experience in Finance? Excellent knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications industry? Advanced analytical skills? Achiever and results oriented? Strong Financial ExperienceMust have professional qualifications:? B.Sc. Degree In Engineering? Big Data is a plus? Lean Six Sigma Experience is a plus .
