5+ years? experience in Business Analysis and solution architecture of Telecom BSS solutions and other related services.Bachelors and/or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical fieldStrong telecom experience specially in BSS billing, Charging, OSS, CRM, IOT, Order Management, and other related fieldsExcellent knowledge of various Telecom services flows Prepaid/Postpaid/Fixed, business process journeys and KPIsGood understanding of IT architecture, technologies and practices i.e. Digital transformation, microservices, integration frameworks, DevOps, Cloud native applications, and Telecom Enterprise Architecture best practicesDesign end-to-end IT solutions for projects, integrating multiple systems, ensuring that designs adhere to design standards and telecom ranked best practices as TmForumCommunicate with customers relevant stakeholders directly, analyzing the business requirements to be aligned with the customer visionProviding the link between the customer, development team, and any third party entity regarding system/software functionality throughout the development lifecycleTelecom communication protocols, networking is preferred
