Managing the planning, implementation, and control of marketing strategies and programs for the managed portfolio to maintain the maximum sales target. Following up on the current/future projects (NPDs, Campaigns, activations?.etc). Tackling performance reports for the assigned brands. Working closely with the sales team to achieve mutual Targets. Handling Digital media activations/posting tracking. Coordinating the planned events with other teams (Activation team/Warehouse team). Developing marketing plans and strategies to grow and expand the relevant brands within the company in terms of strategic importance. Giving Briefs to agencies on brand strategy and evaluating proposals and requirements for point of sale, etc, briefed into design houses. Determining merchandising activities & promotional activities with the sales department. Briefing the Sales Team on new developments, product launches, etc. Carry out trade audits to ensure that merchandising and promotional plans are being implemented. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion to determine whether sustainable growth was achieved.
