As a tech lead you will be responsible of the development activities, guiding and mentoring other developers on the team, making important technical decisions based on product change requests
Excellent awareness of the Software lifecycle.

Based on your insights from reviewing the work, you propose and implement big ideas to simplify the code, systematically improve quality, accommodate rapid growth, and deliver new features.
Provide technical vision, direction and prioritization for the team.
Also understand existing application architecture and solution design.
Design individual components and develop/build the components.
Work with other team members.
Continuously innovate and strategize on making our applications faster
Develop new features and enhance existing ones in the Ingame mobile application using NodeJS and MongoDB
Implement and maintain a quality backend architecture
Job Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field.
+8 Years of experience in related position
Previous experience in Backend developing - Tech lead - Node Js - Mobile app.
