Job Description

The AX Team Lead works with other IT team members and leads a team of AX developers to coordinate and develop solutions within AX ERP environment from concept through implementation and support.Responsibilities:

  • Works with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and analyze the business needs
  • Collaborates with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  • Acts as the face of the technical department, serves as a technical expert and provides technical support to his/her team and to the business team
  • Guides and leads a team of AX developers
  • Designs modifications to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications and ensures that these modifications will not affect the system?s stability
  • Designs interfaces designed to integrate with Dynamics applications
  • Handles the communication with first line support team members
  • Guides the team to support production issues and maintenance as necessary
  • Transitions developed solutions and customizations to the Operations & Support team
