Job Description

the perfect candidate should have demonstrated and delivered the following tasks / skills:

  • Upgrade from 2012 to 365 Dynamics
  • Processed an integration from 365 to e-commerce website (shopify, insta....etc)
  • Applied, used, installed, configuered, modified of th efollowing AX modules (LogistcsSales & Purchasing, WMS, Retail and Finance.
  • Develop reports on SSRS
Additional
  • Assisting in the installation of hardware updates upgrades or fixes.
  • Facilitating the end user in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
  • Comply with the ITIL process for service-oriented management and agreement activities.
  • Contributing to the required maintenance activities of hardware components for aiding effective delivery of the same.
