Duties and responsibilities: - Responsible for developing and integrating SCADA, PLC, and HMI solutions for EPSE clients. - Automation and SCADA designs from conceptual to implementation stage for Transmission, Distribution and Generating stations. - Preparation of SCADA and Control System architecture and designs. - Integration of various technologies. - Design and integrate Ethernet and Serial data networks. - Preparation of panel layouts, schematics, and diagrams. - Programming of Automation, HMI, PLC, IEDs, Power Meters, and RTU devices. - Lab-testing and commissioning of devices and SCADA network on site. - Perform site visits. - Represent the Company at project design and construction meetings. - Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver projects. - Familiarity with typical electrical designs for power systems, Protection & Control, PLCs, communications, Networking, Cyber Security. - Experience in working with the SCADA and Automation systems/equipment including (SEL RTAC, GE RTU, Schneider PLC, Spectrum Power, COPA-DATA Zenon) - Knowledge of SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, DMS and advanced smart grid applications.
